A clinical background pulled me deeper into the science.
Before founding SKN Rx, I trained clinically under a cosmetic doctor, working with SkinPen® microneedling. It gave me a foundation I'm genuinely grateful for, along with a deep understanding of how skin actually responds to intervention.
What I noticed more broadly across the industry, though, was how often skin is treated against itself. Aggressive protocols, trend-led treatments, skin pushed before it was ready. Most people who arrive at SKN Rx have already tried things. Treatments that promised results but left their skin sensitised, reactive, or unchanged.
SKN Rx exists because there's a better way. Every treatment decision starts with the same question: is this skin ready, and will this genuinely serve it? If the answer is no, we prepare first, and treat when the skin is in a position to respond.

Every treatment begins with a full consultation and skin assessment. We assess how your skin behaves, its sensitivity, barrier integrity, reactivity, and recovery capacity. Nothing is assumed and nothing is rushed.
02.Prepare
We support the conditions skin needs to respond well, barrier repair, inflammation control, hydration. If your skin isn't ready for stimulation, this step comes first. Skipping it is why so many treatments don't hold.
03.Stimulate
Only then, controlled, appropriate stimulation: precision microneedling, regenerative injectables, advanced protocols to support renewal and long-term skin quality. Applied when the skin is ready, and personalised to your goals.
