A 1:1 video consultation that allows your skin to be assessed in detail. Ideal if you'd like to understand your options before committing to an in-person appointment.

Do I need to know what treatment I want before booking?
Not at all. The consultation is exactly the place to figure that out. Come with questions and an open mind, that's all that's needed.
What if my skin isn't suitable for treatment?
Amy will tell you honestly. If your skin needs to be stabilised first, she'll explain why and give you a plan. That guidance is part of the consultation.
Is a virtual consultation as useful as in person?
For most skin concerns, yes. Amy can assess skin condition, barrier health, and suitability for treatment via video and it's a great first step before committing to travel.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for treatment slots. Consultation availability is more flexible, check the booking link for current availability.
